💻Zero Trust Security: Zero Trust flips security on its head—never trust by default, always verify every user and device. Cloud apps use strict access controls, strong identity checks, and constant monitoring so nothing gets in without proof, keeping your data safe whether inside or outside the network

💡 AWS Concepts 💡

AWS provides a wide range of cloud computing services, and it can be overwhelming to keep up with all the new concepts and terminology. In this section, we aim to simplify some of the key AWS concepts and provide a basic understanding of the services offered by AWS.

From the basics of Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (Amazon EC2) and Amazon Simple Storage Service (Amazon S3) to more advanced topics like Amazon Redshift and Amazon Machine Learning, we’ll cover everything you need to know to get started with AWS.

Whether you’re just starting out with cloud computing or you’re an experienced user, this section will help you gain a deeper understanding of AWS and the services it offers.

💡AWS IAM (Identity & Access Management): IAM is where AWS access gets locked down—define who can do what, for each user, app, or service. Roles, policies, and multi-factor authentication keep your cloud secure and make sure only the right people and systems ever get through

Templates, live browser preview, and modular scripting make web workflow automation way faster and more intuitive.
⭐Terraform Stacks (GA), Actions, and Search: Terraform Stacks are now generally available, giving teams reliable, scalable templates for infrastructure delivery. New Terraform Actions (beta) make Day 2 operations easier, and Terraform Search lets you discover and import modules fast—so you spend less time wrangling code and more time shipping solutions.
⭐Access & Cost Controls: Boundary gets easier credential injection for secure Windows access, while new run tasks in Terraform make cost governance proactive—aligning budgets before anything is deployed. These features together help keep infrastructure secure and spending under control.
⭐Vault Enhancements and Secrets Management: Vault now lets you deliver protected secrets straight to Kubernetes pods (no persistent storage needed), and also adds support for mounting ephemeral secrets in hybrid environments. With Radar Jira scanning and improved inventory reporting, secrets management and compliance are simpler, making it easier to spot, report, and fix leaks before they become breaches

📢 Claude Sonnet 4.5 now in Amazon Bedrock: Anthropic’s latest model brings state-of-the-art performance for coding and agentic workflows, along with better tool handling, memory management, and context processing. Sonnet 4.5 is ideal for building AI agents, automating complex business tasks, and delivering creative, consistent solutions across industries—all with enterprise-level security in Bedrock.
📢HashiConf 2025: HashiConf’s tenth year marked a major step forward in making infrastructure both smart and secure. With new launches like Project infragraph, MCP servers for agentic automation, and GA releases of Terraform Stacks, HashiCorp is pushing cloud automation into the AI era—giving teams the tools to build, govern, and operate at scale and with intelligence built in.

1. Workshops 🛠

The Workshops section 🛠 is where we will provide you with hands-on training and practical workshops to help you build your skills and knowledge in Cloud and Technology 💻. This section will be tailored to meet the needs of developers, architects, and other technical professionals 👨💻.

🛠Building Generative AI Apps on AWS with Terraform: This workshop is a hands-on guide to deploying generative AI solutions on AWS using Terraform for infrastructure-as-code. You’ll learn how to automate cloud resources, integrate AI capabilities, and quickly spin up real-world GenAI apps—all with repeatable, scalable workflows. Perfect for builders who want to combine GenAI and modern cloud automation in one go.

Community Corner 🤝

We are introducing a new section called Community Corner 🤝, where we will talk about something from the community that you should check out. This section will feature open source projects, meetups, events, and other initiatives from the Cloud and Tech community.

✨Speaking at HashiConf: My Experience: Really enjoyed sharing ideas on GenAI and security using Vault with a passionate crowd at HashiConf. Connecting with the community, exchanging stories, and diving into real-world problems made it such a rewarding experience—grateful for the opportunity to spark new conversations around innovation and cloud security.
✨ Project Infragraph: Looking ahead, HashiCorp’s resource graph (Project infragraph) aims to unify infrastructure and security data for intelligent operations. In this edition, I want to share a simple lesson that’s had a profound impact on my journey in tech: the power of asking just one good question.

It happened at a recent meetup. The session was winding down, and most people were quietly checking their phones, ready to head out. On a whim, I raised my hand and asked, “What’s one mistake you made early in your cloud journey that you wish more people talked about?” The room came alive. Suddenly, experienced engineers and newcomers alike started sharing stories—about misconfigured IAM roles, overlooked security settings, and even the anxiety of pushing to production for the first time.

That single question didn’t just spark a great conversation; it turned strangers into collaborators. I walked away with practical tips, a few new friends, and an invitation to join a project I never would have discovered otherwise.

I’ve seen the same magic in code reviews and team calls. Sometimes, all it takes is one thoughtful question—“Why did we choose this approach?” or “What’s the biggest risk here?”—to unlock new perspectives, uncover hidden issues, or inspire creative solutions.

The “One-Question” Rule reminds me that curiosity is contagious. In a world where it’s easy to stay silent or assume someone else will speak up, being the person who asks can open doors to learning, connection, and growth. So next time you’re at an event, in a meeting, or reviewing code, don’t underestimate the impact of a single, well-placed question. It just might change everything.
